Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Data Management Specialist to lead the Configuration and Data Management team in Broughton, Chester. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuration management on aerospace projects and excellent communication and leadership skills.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing and managing a new configuration management system, planning and estimating Configuration Management work, and engaging in process improvement initiatives. They will also provide training and mentoring to team members and build strong relationships with project teams, customers, and peers.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in providing configuration management on aerospace projects
  • Experience working with modifications to aerospace products
  • Understanding of data management principles
  • Familiarity with Defence Hardware projects is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
