About the Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Health Services Coordinator role, focusing on planned care. As a member of our team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality patient care, promoting health and wellbeing, and developing tailored health plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote patient health and wellbeing.
  • Deliver expert guidance and support to patients, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design and implement comprehensive health plans.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and prioritising patient confidentiality and safety.
  • Travel for remote health screenings and perform various clinical tests, including body composition analysis and spirometry.
  • Manage health screen bookings and provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in exercise physiology, sports science, or nutrition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain accurate records in line with clinical guidelines.
