Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Services Coordinator to join our team in Warrington, delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

About the Role

The successful candidate will take a lead role in identifying and formulating service users' needs, working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to meet those needs, and providing specific goal-based interventions and support.

You will receive ongoing support and clinical supervision as part of our Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT). We also offer opportunities for continued professional development via in-depth training and access to specialist resources.

Salary and Benefits

This is a Band 7 position with a competitive salary range estimated at £45,269 - £55,245 per annum. Our trust offers flexible working arrangements, which can be discussed during the application process.
