We're looking for a highly motivated Recovery Focused Service Coordinator to join our team at Mental Health Matters. As a Crisis Recovery Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of working with mental health and a passion for delivering high-quality, recovery-focused services. You'll be able to promote independence and social inclusion while working closely with colleagues to achieve person-centred care.

Key responsibilities include:

About You:

  • Experience of working with mental health is essential
  • You'll be able to inspire and engage people, using your excellent motivational skills
  • Ability to identify barriers and understand client needs is crucial

Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
