We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Service Coordinator to join our team at Better Lives Recovery Service. This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals at any stage of their substance misuse recovery journey, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for running peer support groups and working one-on-one with service users to build their recovery capital. You will also collaborate with partner agencies to undertake shared assessments and interventions, promoting individual service user progression from engagement to self-sustained recovery.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of substance misuse recovery principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners. A salary in the range of £26,250 - £34,650 per annum reflects the importance of this role in supporting individuals to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a service user caseload, devising and reviewing ongoing recovery plans
  • Collaborate with partner agencies to promote individual service user progression
  • Facilitate service user access to treatment and community resources
  • Develop and deliver quality programs and packages of work
