About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside industry leaders in Private Client law, providing expert advice and guidance to clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in drafting and advisory work, with a focus on inheritance tax planning, estate administration, and trusts.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Drafting complex documents, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Declarations of Trusts, and Deeds of Variation.
  • Providing expert advice on inheritance tax planning and estate administration.
  • Managing a varied caseload, with a focus on client relationships and communication.
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3-5+ years PQE and a proven track record in Private Client law.
  • Strong IT and case management skills, with experience in managing a varied caseload.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen understanding of risk management.
