**Crewe and Nantwich Gymnastics Club are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and committed coaches to teach both Artistic and Recreational gymnastics.**

At Crewe and Nantwich Gymnastics Club, we have been proudly promoting the love of the sport for over 40 years. We believe that gymnastics is a great way to promote physical fitness, wellbeing and fun for all, regardless of age.
Our club is a charity run organisation and we have a range of classes for all levels, from preschool to advanced squads. We offer women's artistic, men's artistic and teamgym squads as well as recreational gymnastics.

We need coaches to work in Women's Artistic and / or Men's Artistic ideally a level 2 qualification but we will accept level 1 coaches who are willing to under take their level 2 qualification.

We are looking for a self-motivated, confident, enthusiastic individual who is committed and passionate about gymnastics

Applicants must be available to work evenings and weekends.

**Job description**:

- Plan and conduct gymnastics classes for various age groups and skill levels and provide instruction on proper techniques and form for gymnastics skills
- Create a safe and supportive environment for gymnasts to learn and grow
- Develop lesson plans that are engaging and age-appropriate
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of gymnasts, providing feedback and guidance for improvement
- Collaborate with other coaches to coordinate team practices and competitions
- Ensure the gymnasium and equipment are clean, organized, and in good working condition
- Work with recreational groups, run gymnastic parties and gym camps
- Work with local school groups providing gymnastic opportunities within the community
- Deal with parents and gymnasts in a professional manner
- Assist with holding regular staff meetings and serve aa a coach mentor and trainer
- To undertake any other reasonable duties/ projects / meetings, which may be required from time to time, including birthday parties, fundraising events and workshops

**Person specification**:

- Good communication skills, oral and written
- Work well in a team and have good interpersonal skills
- Level 1 / 2 coaching qualification
- Able to demonstrate ability to motivate others
- A flexible attitude towards working hours is required
- Committed to own personal development being prepared to undertake BG and other training courses

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
