Job Title: Commercial Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Tech Connect Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the primary point of contact for sales and service-related communication with customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of queries and issues.
  2. Collaborate with sales managers to ensure customer requirements are met, including contractual obligations, pricing arrangements, transportation and delivery arrangements, export decisions, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to drive business growth.
  4. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in ERP and CRM systems, aligning them to meet business needs.
  5. Respond to new enquiries with enthusiasm, providing commercial insights and technical information to support sales efforts.
  6. Develop in-depth knowledge of our services, product types, and applications to effectively communicate with customers and provide credible support.
  7. Meet and maintain KPIs, prioritizing workload to achieve service improvement and business growth objectives.
  8. Represent the company at customer visits, trade shows, and other marketing and sales events, fostering strong relationships with clients and promoting our brand.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various communication channels.
  2. Proficiency in using business management software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to our systems.
  3. Attention to detail and accuracy, with experience in quality-controlled environments.
  4. Familiarity with ISO9001 / AS9100 quality systems, although prior knowledge is not essential.
