We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Tech Connect Group. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for sales and service-related communication with customers, ensuring they are kept informed and valued.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills, working across email, telephone, Microsoft Teams, and other comms channels.
  • Ensure data accuracy and attention to detail, working within quality-controlled environments and familiar with ISO9001/AS9100 quality systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, providing commercial insights and supporting the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with company services, product types, and applications, providing knowledgeable and credible support to customers.
  • Meet and maintain KPIs, prioritizing workload and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Computer literacy, with experience in business management software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, preferably gained through working within a quality-controlled environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001/AS9100 quality systems.
