Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Product Quality Team as a Customer Service Administrator.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that customers have a seamless experience when moving into their new homes.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the Product Quality Team and external stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the customer journey are coordinated efficiently.
- Organize and schedule appointments with external and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
- Raise any non-compliance or process failures with managers, adhering to the Risk Management Framework.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and experience working in administration or customer services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
