We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Aim.inen. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions
  • Greet and welcome clients and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate colleagues or departments
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
  • Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
  • Process payments and maintain financial records
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service-oriented role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
