Customer Service Coordinator

About You
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments and ensuring that our contractual Service Level Agreements are met.
About the Role
You will be the primary point of contact for clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and supervisors, using our MSi system to schedule available operatives and subcontractors to jobs. Your role will involve discussing complex repairs, dealing with demanding customers, and instilling confidence in our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling appointments and ensuring Service Level Agreements are met
- Communicating with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and supervisors
- Discussing complex repairs and dealing with demanding customers
- Instilling confidence in our residents
Requirements
- Proven experience in scheduling/planning Disrepairs, Voids, or Complex works
- Competent in communicating with direct operatives, subcontractors, and residents
- Basic building maintenance knowledge
- Planning knowledge of what works can be sequenced or can be undertaken concurrently
- Ability to prioritise works and ensure works-in-progress jobs are within target
- Good level of written English
- Good computer skills
- Good project management skills
- Good communication skills
- Passionate about service delivery and customer satisfaction
