Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their service needs and inquiries related to ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming requests via telephone and email to ensure prompt and efficient resolution.
- Collaborate with supervisors and area service managers to follow up on open callouts, report back on open jobs, and provide specific reports on available jobs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering adequate information and support to customers and engineers.
- Attend regional meetings with diverse attendees to support area service managers and supervisors with data.
- Review and update daily planning schedules to maximize efficiency and profitability through GANT governance.
Requirements:
- Contact Centre experience is essential.
- Previous work experience in customer service is mandatory.
- Call Out/Dispatch experience is a significant advantage.
- Salesforce experience would be beneficial.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good written and spoken English.
