Community Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Community Staff Nurse to join our team in Hillingdon. This is a fixed-term position, offering a unique opportunity to gain experience in district nursing and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About the RoleAs a Community Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing care to patients with a range of needs, including those with complex health conditions. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as wound care, diabetic management, and palliative care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes

- Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals
- Record accurate details of care given and observations
We are looking for a qualified nurse with excellent communication skills, who is able to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will need to be able to develop and maintain communication with people about difficult matters and/or in difficult situations. You will also need to have a full UK driver's licence and have use of a car for business purposes.
