Job Description:

We are seeking a Neuropsychological Test Administrator to join our assessment team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in psychology and experience working with diverse populations. You will be responsible for administering and scoring a variety of neuropsychological tests, ensuring accurate and precise results.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer neuropsychological tests as directed by licensed psychologists.
  • Set up and administer assessment tools according to standardized protocols.
  • Accurately score and record test results for analysis by the supervising psychologist.
  • Establish rapport with patients to ensure optimal testing conditions, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.
  • Organize patient appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain and calibrate assessment equipment and materials.
  • Stay updated on current research and best practices in neuropsychological testing administration.
  • Participate in new psychometrist training and attend required trainings.

Requirements:

  • Excellent observation and communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to analyze test results and interpret psychological data.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in test administration and scoring.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and relevant ethical guidelines.
  • Proficiency in technology, working on platforms such as Google Forms, Publisher, Asana, and CRMs.
  • Professional approach with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates inclusivity, sensitivity, and experience working with diverse individuals.
  • Knowledge of various neuropsychological tests and assessment tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related fields.
  • Certification from the National Association of Psychometrists preferred.
  • Minimum three years' experience in a therapeutic, educational, or healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency with psychological testing and assessment instruments.
  • Experience working with patients with psychiatric, social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
