Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assessment Specialist to join our team at Clarity Psychological Testing. This role is responsible for administering and scoring neuropsychological tests for individuals referred for evaluation.

As a key member of our assessment process, you will work closely with licensed neuropsychologists to conduct standardized assessments, manage testing materials, and maintain precise records of test administration.

The ideal candidate will have excellent observation and communication skills, strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities, and the ability to analyze test results and interpret psychological data.

Responsibilities
  1. Administer neuropsychological tests to patients as directed by licensed psychologists.
  2. Ensure proper setup and administration of assessment tools according to standardized protocols.
  3. Accurately score and record test results for further analysis by the supervising psychologist.

This is an in-person role based out of North Reading, Kingston, and Norwell MA locations. The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
