**The Job**
We are looking for a new assistant to join our Customer Guardian team to ensure the laboratory administration is accurately completed.
**Key responsibilities**
- Organise international shipment of samples to the appropriate laboratories using a courier so that they are received within appropriate time frames
- Meticulous daily upload of confidential patient and sample information onto the secure laboratory portal
- Daily update of the test kit manifest. Accurately input all newly received test kits onto the spreadsheet and input acknowledgement of sent results
- Accurately raise invoices and obtain payment from clients for submitted test kits on day of receipt, contacting the client where appropriate
- Regularly check payment status of outstanding invoices and raising concerns to the finance department when deemed necessary
- Daily handling of personal and confidential data in line with GDPR, identifying and dealing with any data breaches in timely manner
- Assist and support the Customer Experience department with any queries when necessary
- Highlight any problems or concerns immediately to manager to ensure they are identified and rectified as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Monitor tests results released to ensure achievement of designated service deadlines
**We are looking for someone with**
- Good general education
- Evidence of quick learning and dynamic thinking is essential
- Customer services experience including a good telephone manner and experience in building relationships is a must
- Experience in using Microsoft Office
