Job Title: Emotional Wellbeing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Emotional Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team, working in Enhanced Resource Provisions across primary schools and academies in Hull.

About the Role
  • Design and deliver bespoke wellbeing programmes to address student emotional needs
  • Closely collaborate with teaching staff to develop targeted interventions
  • Create a secure and nurturing environment that promotes student resilience and confidence

This role offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals to drive positive change and make a lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable students.

Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure (or willingness to obtain)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship
  • A strong commitment to promoting student emotional wellbeing
  • Relevant experience working with children (Teaching Assistant qualifications not required)

New team members will receive comprehensive training to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this challenging yet rewarding role.

The annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000, dependent on prior experience.
