About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Services Engineer to join our team at Nuffield Health Hull FWC. As a key member of our Property and Facilities department, you will be responsible for maintaining our fitness and wellbeing gyms.

Job Description

  • Maintain all aspects of the building, including electrical and mechanical systems, swimming pools, and surrounding grounds.
  • Ensure all queries and issues are dealt with effectively using an electronic CAFM system.
  • Lead by example and inspire the team to strive for constant improvement.
  • Operate an effective preventative maintenance programme using your hands-on experience and technical skills.
  • Improve your own skills and those of others to build a strong team.

Requirements

  • Electrical qualification (17th edition or equivalent).
  • Good knowledge of Building Management systems.
  • Experience in emergency lighting testing, PAT, water hygiene, and compliance areas.
