Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Reliability and Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Amazon Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize our processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient operation of all MHE equipment in the building.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and perform repairs as needed.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize our processes.
- Work closely with our operational teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship across all levels in the organization.
- Provide training and guidance to less experienced engineers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in engineering technology.

Requirements:
- A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of PLC based controls systems and CMMS software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
