Job Title: Reliability Maintenance Engineering Professional

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Maintenance Engineering Professional to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment.

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment, identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems. This will involve working closely with colleagues to maximize equipment effectiveness and prevent machine downtime.

You will also be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse, using your expertise to quickly identify and resolve issues. Additionally, you will work on continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and implement best practices across our EU sites.

As a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Professional, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects, collaborating with senior colleagues and contractors to achieve our goals. You will be expected to uphold all health and safety policies and practices, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on site equipment
  • Carry out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse
  • Maximize equipment effectiveness through the use of latest tools and techniques
  • Uphold health and safety policies and practices
  • Support the development and progression of on-site apprentices
  • Work on continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency
