About the Role:

CV Library is seeking a Reliability and Maintenance Professional to join our team, working within a dynamic environment that values collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through proactive asset care and reliability improvement
  • Rapidly responding to equipment breakdowns, achieving high first-fix success rates
  • Conducting scheduled maintenance on critical machinery using a CMMS
  • Supporting our £10 million expansion project by participating in installations, improvements, and machinery optimization

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • NVQ level 3 in Electrical or Multi-Skilled Engineering
  • Technical electrical proficiency
  • Familiarity with using CMMS for maintenance tracking and reporting
  • A willingness to work on a permanent night shift
