We are looking for a skilled Wellbeing and Lifestyle Assistant to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle Operations Ltd in Kingston upon Thames.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.

You will be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating activities that promote physical and mental wellbeing, as well as providing support with daily tasks and routines.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the importance of maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and will be able to work independently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver activities that promote physical and mental wellbeing, including exercise classes, arts and crafts, and social events
  • Provide support with daily tasks and routines, such as bathing, dressing and administering medication
  • Maintain accurate records of resident activities and progress
  • Work closely with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as health and social care
  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably with older adults
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.00
  • Shifts over 3 days - 09:30am-17:30pm
  • Rotational every 3 weeks 1 shift 12pm-20:00
  • Full clean driving licence desirable
  • Up to 30 days annual leave
