">The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks related to property management, including customer communication, maintenance requests, and compliance with legislation. They will act as a point of contact for tenants and landlords, ensuring a smooth process throughout the tenancy.

- Manage Tenant and Landlord Inquiries">
- Coordinate Repairs and Maintenance">
- Update Parties on Progress">
- Make Regular 'Well-being' Calls to Landlords">
- Ensure Compliance with Legislation">
- Collaborate with Inventory Clerks for Property Inspections">
Requirements and Qualifications
">We require an individual with excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and organizational abilities. A full UK driving license is necessary for this role.
