About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Directors. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Diary Management: Efficiently manage the Director's schedule, ensuring timely appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Email Management: Handle email correspondence, draft responses when necessary, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book flights, trains, and hotels for international trips, as well as arrange hospitality and accommodations.
  • Document Management: Prepare, type, and file documents, ensuring secure storage and easy retrieval.
  • Post Handling: Manage mail, credit card payments, and receipts.
  • Coverage: Provide holiday and absence cover for up to three other Personal Assistants, as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience: Supporting at Director/Shareholder level, with experience in Office 365.
  • Skills: Discreet, confidential approach; ability to multitask; confident, enthusiastic personality.
