Building Surveyor

A progressive and forward-thinking construction consultancy are seeking a bright Building Surveyor to join their busy and successful Bristol team.

**The Building Surveyor role**

The successful Building Surveyor will be joining a medium-sized Building Consultancy team, working closely with the Seniors and Directors on a wide variety of professional and project work.

You will be working on multi-million-pound Commercial, Education and Healthcare projects, specifically; refurbishments, new build schemes, repairs, maintenance works and demolitions.

Alongside this, there is a responsibility to work on a range of professional services such as dilapidations, feasibility studies, technical due diligence, contract administration and party wall.

**The Building Surveyor**
- A RICS Accredited Building Surveying Degree
- Ideally qualified or working towards (MRICS)
- Relevant Building Surveying experience
- Consultancy background
- Full UK Driving License
