Our client is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Administrator with experience in product research and administrative support to join them at their fabulous studio in Birmingham. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about social media, content creation, and enhancing sales through digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical and creative skills, combined with a proactive attitude toward client interaction and back-office organization.
Key Responsibilities for Social Media Administrator:
1. Social Media Content Creation and Management:
* Content Recording: Use a camera to record engaging and high-quality video content, including product showcases, tutorials, and promotional videos.
* Video Editing: Perform basic video editing to ensure content is polished and ready for posting across social media platforms.
* Content Posting: Schedule and post videos, images, and updates on various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
* Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with current social media trends to create relevant and appealing content.
2. Product Research:
* Conduct thorough research on products to identify unique selling points and trends to inform content strategies.
3. Client Enquiries and Engagement:
* Respond to client enquiries across social media platforms promptly and professionally, fostering positive engagement.
* Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring customer satisfaction and building community trust.
4. Administrative Support:
* Manage the back-office processes related to social media, including tracking performance metrics and reporting on campaign success.
* Assist with general administrative duties to support the wider team.
Qualifications and Skills Required for Social Media Administrator:
* Basic video editing
