We are seeking an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk to join our team at Source Appointments Ltd in Cheslyn Hay.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for updating our client's database with customer information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Verification and reconciliation of invoices will be a key aspect of this role, requiring strong analytical skills.
  • The successful candidate will raise sales invoices, manage credit notes, and pursue outstanding debts, demonstrating effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Handling customer queries from delivery to debt collection will be a critical component of this role.
  • You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless support and contribute to our client's success.
  • As part of our finance team, you will assist with month-end tasks and annual audits.

  • A competitive salary of £28,000-£30,000 per annum.
