Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Battery NEXUS. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for proactively managing and helping manage the day-to-day activities of our current key accounts in London, Bicester, and the Midlands.
About the Role:
As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Managing sales and customer relations, encompassing the first interaction through to the delivery of the product.
• Providing customer-focused advice and support in line with organisational policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Identifying and originating cross-selling opportunities into Parts and Services.
• Preparing and presenting technical presentations demonstrating how the product will meet the customer's requirements.
Responsibilities:
You will be the main point of contact for customers, handling daily queries and escalating to the Commercial Director where necessary. You will work closely with the Commercial Director on identifying appropriate tenders, managing customer daily, weekly activities, and meeting quarterly business reviews. Your role will also involve building solid business partnerships across the organisation, ensuring that we provide a first-class product to the customer.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
• A strong background in sales and customer service, preferably in a similar industry or field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines when required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
What We Offer:
Battery NEXUS offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary package, we also offer:
