Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Nottingham. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office, providing administrative support to our sales team, and driving efficiency and innovation in our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Ensure the office is maintained at a high standard, including the maintenance of beer fridges and refreshments.
  • Tech Support: Provide technical support, including troubleshooting and liaising with external IT providers.
  • Set up of New Hires and Leaver Management: Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of new employees.
  • Automation Enhancement: Work with external parties to enhance and improve automation processes, including CRM management and lead generation.
  • GDPR Compliance: Ensure that all data on our CRM is compliant with GDPR guidelines.
  • Shared Mailbox Management: Manage shared mailbox requests and ensure that all emails are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Lead Management: Support the business with lead management and email campaigns.
  • Customer Care: Provide support with contracts and customer care when required.
  • Project Support: Assist with IT moves, enhancements, and office expansions.

Role Details

Salary: £24k-30k, dependent on experience + quarterly bonus. 5 days in office, must be commutable.
