We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at Forsyth Barnes in Nottingham. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team with essential tasks and spearheading a wide array of exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out office management duties, including ensuring the office is maintained at a high standard and providing administrative support to the team.
- Tech support – Ensuring all software and hardware is working, troubleshooting any problems and liaising with external IT providers as needed.
- Set up of new hires and leaver management.
- Automation enhancement – Working with external parties to enhance and improve automation for building our CRM, obtaining leads and contact information, and sensing out-of-contact placements.
- GDPR – Ensuring compliance with GDPR guidelines and ensuring all data on our CRM is compliant.
- Management of shared mailbox requests.
- Supporting the business with lead management of target clients and email campaigns.
- Supporting customer care with contracts when cover is required.
- Project support, including IT moves or enhancements, new automation processes, office moves, and expansions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ambitious nature – keen to progress and take on new challenges.
- IT management – tech-savvy and able to manage external suppliers.
- Commercial acumen.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
