We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team at Cameron Clarke Associates in West Bridgford, Nottingham.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a candidate with excellent administration skills, strong organizational abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, data inputting, and information gathering.
- Utilize spreadsheets and databases to record information and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members through various channels, including in-person, telephone, letter, and email.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience to clients and promote the firm's brand.
- Monitor workflow to ensure service levels are achieved and identify areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent administration skills, including accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
- Client-focused and quality-driven approach.
- Hardworking and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn new systems quickly.
- IT literacy, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
