Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including managing financial transactions, maintaining communication with banks, and preparing customer invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial transactions, including recording and maintaining financial data on accounting software.
  • Maintain communication with banks and track account balances.
  • Prepare and file quarterly VAT returns.
  • Prepare customer invoices and collect debts.
  • Credit control.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and make timely payments.
  • Process payroll on Sage software and reconcile all PAYE, Pension & Net wages accounts.
  • Manage employee expenses.
  • Prepare and review monthly management accounts.
  • Assist the accountant by providing information for annual accounts.
  • General admin duties.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have prior office managing experience, extensive Sage Line 50 experience, and excellent computer and admin skills. You should also be able to demonstrate payroll experience.

Working Hours:
The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, and Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break each day. This is a temp to perm role.

Rate of Pay:
The rate of pay for this role is £14.50 - £16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
