Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and advise customers via telephone and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Manage incoming queries, issues, or complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Process credit checks and billing for clients
  • Make outbound and take inbound calls, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Work with the company's couriers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
  • Escalate any system issues promptly and efficiently
  • Compile reports and perform general administrative tasks, including system updates and correspondence

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and be able to pick up new systems quickly.
