Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Director, Adult Social Care and. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality paediatric services.

The ideal candidate will have proven operational management skills and a good understanding of the changing Health and Social Care environment.

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Line management of Paediatric Administration coordinators.
  2. Support the rota coordinator to escalate and action appropriate solutions for Doctors' Sickness Absence or unavailability.
  3. Lead on/provide management support to SMT as required in relation to recruitment of staff.
