They will also be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of groups and individuals, demonstrating empathy, tact, and discretion when dealing with sensitive issues.

Responsibilities will include developing and maintaining good relationships with employees, managers, and trade unions, as well as providing guidance on employment law, employee relations, and organizational change. You will also be responsible for leading and supporting policy implementation, managing sickness absence, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
