Regional Health Care Manager

Jobit is seeking an experienced Regional Health Care Manager to lead our specialist services operations team in the East of England area. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and financial/business health across our care services operation.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to manage operations in a care home or similar healthcare setting, with a strong background in financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements. A track record of analysing data and making informed decisions to achieve business objectives is essential for success in this role.
A competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, including a car allowance, annual performance-related pay, and comprehensive benefits package makes this an attractive opportunity for a motivated leader to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage operations in a care home or similar healthcare setting
* Lead Sales & Business Development activities for all homes
* Conduct regular audits to ensure financial and operational processes are implemented correctly
* Collaborate with branch managers to enhance and develop their business areas and skills
