Cost Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead our construction team in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure project financial efficiency.
- Manage procurement processes and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Conduct financial reporting and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant construction regulations and legislation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in a similar role within the construction industry.
