Project Financial Manager

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to contribute to our construction team in Lowestoft. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our projects, ensuring that costs are accurately estimated and budgets are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement cost estimation strategies to ensure accurate project budgets.
- Monitor and control project expenses, identifying areas for cost savings and optimization.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best possible pricing.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure that project costs are aligned with business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
