SEN Support Role:

In this vital role as a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students aged 5-19 years old who require additional support due to adverse behaviours and SEND needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver targeted support to students to help them manage their behaviours and engage positively in their learning.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop personalised behaviour plans that address the specific needs of each student.
Your Qualifications:
  • A current DBS check is compulsory.
  • Although relevant qualifications are beneficial, they are not a requirement; what matters most is your experience in supporting students with SEND needs.
  • You should be dedicated to education and possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £18,700 - £22,100, calculated based on a 39-week contract. This full-time, term-time only position comes with pay dependent on experience, ranging from £90 to £110 per day.
