About the Role

We are seeking a CRM Support Officer to join our experienced and successful CRM delivery team at the University of Leicester.

This role will involve implementing our new Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM system, designed to streamline student recruitment efforts and communication across the university. You will collaborate with colleagues in Digital Services, Admissions, Recruitment, Marketing, and Communications to ensure a smooth transition and maximize the system's benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with system operation, data analysis, and administrative tasks to maintain accurate records and content within D365;
  • Support the launch and management of CRM campaigns focused on increasing student recruitment conversions;
  • Contribute to the rollout of new D365 functionalities for External Relations colleagues;
  • Test and provide feedback on new CRM features to ensure optimal performance.

We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in CRM principles, excellent analytical and organisational skills, and a passion for contributing to the success of educational institutions. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial.
