Sales Support Administrator

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Office Angels. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the seamless transition of customers from the sales process to delivery, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist in reviewing and verifying sales orders prior to placing them with suppliers.
* Support in maintaining regular communication with customers, guiding them through finance documentation processes.
* Help coordinate vehicle deliveries once finance documents are completed and vehicles are in stock.
* Assist in ensuring all necessary post-delivery paperwork is accurately completed and submitted for timely payments.

**Administrative Support**

* Aid in handling notices and communicating relevant charges and admin fees to customers.
* Support end-of-contract collections and part exchanges, ensuring accurate stocking platform placement.
* Assist in invoicing processes to ensure prompt issuance of invoices.
* Help input additional vehicle profits into our bespoke CRM system and assist in invoicing upon deliveries.

**Requirements**

* Experience in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
