Business Development Manager, Commercial Sales

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager, Commercial Sales to join our team at Daisy Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving net growth and increasing product penetration into existing customer bases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities to achieve net growth and increase product penetration.
- Utilize Daisy Central to record and manage customer data.
- Work closely with support and specialist teams to provide high-level service and recommendations.
- Resolve customer issues 'live' and on first call, where possible.
Requirements:
- Ability to demonstrate successful relationships and sales experience.
- Extensive experience in Account Management.
- Clear understanding of commercial businesses across multiple verticals.
- Ability to manage a base of existing customers with world-class account management.
