Senior Site Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of large-scale residential projects, including high-rise student accommodation and city centre residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead a team of site staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with senior project managers and project directors to develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and implementing measures to minimize waste and optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:
