Senior Site Manager - Facade


Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of high-rise residential projects, including student accommodation and city centre residential developments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead a team of site managers and supervisors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior project managers and project directors to develop and implement project plans.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or equivalent role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
