Think Recruitment is working with a respected regional contractor to hire a Senior Site Manager for their Midlands projects.


About the Company

Our client is a well-established contractor in the Midlands, with a turnover of £200 million. They focus on projects within the education, healthcare, and commercial sectors, handling both new builds and refurbishments valued up to £5m.


The Role

As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be the lead on your own projects, overseeing all site operations from start to finish. You'll ensure that everything runs smoothly on-site, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leading the management of up to three sites across the Midlands.
  2. Collaborating with the pre-construction team to address buildability, programme, and design challenges.
  3. Keeping projects on track, on budget, and up to the client's expectations.

Requirements

We need a Senior Site Manager who's experienced in leading projects independently, with a background in main contracting. You should be hands-on, a strong communicator, and someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
