Site Manager - High-Rise Residential

Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for a challenging opportunity to oversee a prestigious high-rise residential project in Birmingham? We are seeking a skilled professional to take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of this project, ensuring it meets quality, safety, and project timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.
  2. Maintain regular communication and reporting with senior management, providing updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  3. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, consultants, and local authorities.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably with a focus on high-rise residential projects.
  2. Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and best practices.
  3. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
  4. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
  5. Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and a track record of ensuring compliance on construction sites.
  6. Relevant construction qualifications and certifications would be advantageous.
