Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Location: West Midlands

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the success of our heavy civils projects, working closely with our clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage early warning notices and compensation events
  • Estimate and price construction projects
  • Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure project success
  • Contribute to the development of project budgets and schedules

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in heavy civils projects
  • Strong understanding of construction law and contracts
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
