Job Summary:

Thorn Baker Construction is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects across the UK. As a specialist in the flooring sector, this business has a strong pipeline of work and is expanding its team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards
  • Prepare and present project updates to senior management

Requirements:

  • Degree in Project Management or related field
  • Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Working Conditions:

This role will require working on construction sites and in office environments. Travel to project sites and occasional staying away.
