Senior Project Manager

At Integrated Project Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading assigned projects and ensuring the achievement of financial, safety, and client relationship objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the delivery of individual projects, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met.
- Identify and mitigate risks to projects and the corporation, working closely with Project Directors and the Director of Operations.
- Develop and maintain written preconstruction, construction, and closeout execution plans, obtaining review and approval from the Project Executive and/or Director of Operations.
- Work closely with the Construction Manager and Site Superintendent to monitor performance against the target schedule and implement corrective actions against nonconformances.
- Monitor and report project costs, including values committed, forecast to commit, allowances for growth, and actually expended.
- Support Project Executives, Director of Operations, and General Manager in the preparation of project delivery proposals.
- Work closely with the Construction Manager and Superintendents to ensure that field events, conditions, exceptions, and issues are fully reflected in cost reports.
- Manage changes to prime contracts, including change control documentation and related financial documentation.
- Coordinate with Accounting to invoice clients and manage Accounts Receivable to meet corporate goals.
- Work with the financial group to manage project financial issues.
- Monitor design content and coordinate design revisions for constructibility and compliance with basis documents, schedule, and budget.
- Prepare and manage subcontracts and purchase orders, including change control documentation and related financial documentation.
- Support project/client development process with presentations and related marketing activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline or an equivalent technical degree.
- 10-15 years of experience in Project Delivery or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate significant experience both in terms of industry knowledge and positions of leadership.
- This position will have 25% travel, or as required by the assigned project.
- You may be assigned to a client site for an extended period of time.
- Overnight travel or staying in the city of the Client's location is possible depending on the assignment.
- You will visit Client sites and will be required to adhere to stated safety rules.
- This position is a safety-sensitive position. The employee is considered a field contractor supervisor and acts in a supervisory role for fieldwork for IPS employees or subcontractors.
